Volar Conti's Keep
A keep that did not resist what it should have refused.

Volar Conti's Keep is the mountain fortress of the Conti line, raised in the second age of the Sacred Wars as a forward bulwark of the Basilica. Its wards were woven into its foundations, blessed at the laying of every stone.
In the events of Darkness, the Keep received what it should have refused. The wards did not answer. The fathers within fell silent. The Basilica has not yet ruled on what the Keep is now — sanctuary, ruin, or warning.
