Beralt is the dwarven kingdom hewn into the bones of the eastern mountains. Its halls are older than the present age of the Basilica, and its forges have struck more holy armour than any other kingdom in Milieu.
The dwarves of Beralt swore covenant with the Basilica in an age the surface kingdoms have largely forgotten. They have not forgotten. They have only grown quieter.
What Beralt forges is not given lightly. What it forges is meant to outlast the wearer.
