    The Reliquary

Visions remembered by those who walked through the fire.

The Witnesses do not speak. They remain.

    The First Witness

    Before kingdoms remembered.

    Before bells were forged.

Before the first oath was spoken.

The Most High had already measured every hour.

    Description
I have stood since the foundations were laid. Kings have knelt upon my stones. Priests have lifted their voices beneath my vaults. The Most High has never left. I have seen every sacrifice. I have heard every confession. I remain. I will remain. No one can deny the Ancient of Days, for I am His witness. Before the world was formed, He was already here.

    Description
I have held every word ever written in truth. I have held every lie ever written in deceit. Kings have sought me. Priests have feared me. Scribes have served me. None have mastered me. I remember what was forgotten. I preserve what was not understood. I remain. No one can deny the Ancient of Days, for I am His witness. Before the world was formed, He spoke. Before men wrote, He remembered.

The Witnesses do not speak. They remain.

    Before men counted the years,

    the hours were already known.

    No hand hastens them.

    No kingdom delays them.

    Witness

The Clock has never ruled time. It bears witness to it.

Kingdoms have risen believing tomorrow belonged to them. They have all become dust beneath its silent hands.

The Keepers of Time and Truth come and depart with each generation, yet the Office remains. The shadow upon the marble bears witness not to a single man, but to the sacred vocation entrusted to those appointed by the Most High.

The Clock has never hurried. It has never delayed. Every bell has rung at its appointed hour. Every kingdom has stood beneath its judgment. Every promise has been fulfilled according to the wisdom of the Most High.

    It waits still.

    Reflection
The Keeper changes. The Office remains.
